Our Brandies come from a meticulous selection during the fruits’ harvest. Two home-made processes are put in place according to the type of fruits:
– The fermentation for pears, marcs and stone fruits.
– The maceration for raspberries, holly and chequer berries.
Afterward, happens a meticulous distillation, within an old « alambic ». This traditional method, acquired though many years of experience, gives to our brandies inimitable flavors.
